I was awake at 6:45AM this morning, because that's when I got a club mail saying iri standby had changed from 9:20AM to 8:45AM.

It wasn't a good sign. I had already kind of resigned myself to the idea that even if some of our girls got better, others would be out sick.

At the iri spot, Masako's club wasn't there. But actually no other Soragumi clubs were there; I was awkwardly in the same place as people doing Yukigumi Bow irimachi. Afterward I passed Mii-chan club members in the station, but I don't know if they were coming or going.

I asked Alice-chan if some people were better after yesterday's day off, and she replied that she'd heard more people were going to be announced absent and one of her classmates would have to fill in for one of them and everybody was running around and it wasn't like a "day off" at all.

I thought, star-tracked people who an 88th might fill in for... and thought of Masako.

Yeah. Things aren't going well for my troupe. T________T

I'm also not really fond of the idea that Sattsun came back from being out and immediately had to step into someone else's role. :\

Also, how ironic that Sakurako took over Kuracchi's part, and as soon as Kuracchi came back Sakurako was announced out.

And Tamami-chan :( Who's going to drag Ten-chan around shopping in the bazaar scene now? (The role of "Maya" that Aiko-chan is taking over is the bit in the cafe where Tamami-chan actually has lines, I presume.)

And J-ko. :( Now who's going to sing the high part in the resistance number? Ririko-chan? I guess she doesn't have to do Kyanon's bit in the bazaar anymore...

And Seiya :( There will probably just be one less French soldier again, like it was with Sattsun.

And you know what bothers me most about the understudies? When it gets down to someone like Akkii's role, I don't really see why they don't just have the shinko girl do it. You know, instead of making the poor underclassmen rehearse their regular part AND their shinko part and then have to learn ANOTHER part in case someone is out sick... It's madness.

Gambatte, everyone :( ♥

At least Dai-chan and Kacha and the first batch of 休演者 are back now. At least Kacha only lost a couple of days of shinko rehearsals instead of a week or something.

But now I have a dilemma.

I'm exhausted. I haven't had a full night's sleep since shonichi, because I've been running around so much.

I could go and get toujitsuken again tomorrow. I don't have club tickets lined up, because that day is also buyoukai, and I thought 4-odd hours of Japanese dance would be enough kangeki without Casablanca really making it a full day.

Manda sensibly told me not to go.

But I know I'll regret it if I miss the chance to see Chii-chan!Cezar, et al. Will everyone be back by the time I see the show again on Sunday?

This is clearly not the time to talk about My Meta, because here I am running myself into the ground for my troupe. T_______T;;;

Dude. Sleep is more important than fandom. D: If you don't catch up on rest, you're likely to come down with something again.

If you need to sleep, and you're already seeing buyoukai, it doesn't sound like you should go. There's still a chance they'll continue to be out long enough for you to see the alt cast anyway; everyone else was out at least a few days.

I would also say not to push yourself. In between the buyokai and Alice's ochakai, you have a really busy couple of days ahead of you. I would give yourself some slack so you can sleep and enjoy the next few days <3
