Short & sweet story
Kacha's Cafe Break was this morning♬

One of the things she talked about was the second group number, in which all of the refugees sing with a kind of desperate hope that someday they'll be able to ride the "silver wings" of an airplane to freedom in America.

Early into rehearsals they were told that they were singing too optimistically, and it came off as the kind of number that happy people would sing as balloons drifted by in the background. ^^;;; So all of the underclassmen in that number took some time to rehearse in a separate room.

They tried turning out all the lights, i.e. so they weren't looking at themselves in a mirror, and sang toward the distant light coming from a window. And then they all poured their hearts out and had tears streaming down their faces while singing.

I love stories like this ;__________; ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

That story! <3333333333333! That's so sweet and makes me think of so many rehearsals in high school. Now I'm doubly kicking myself that I completely forgot about Eri-chan's Cafe Break that I think was last week.

Here in Kansai the broadcast is two weeks behind, so for me Eri-chan is next week! ^^

That is a lovely, lovely story. ♥ I love hearing stories about them developing as actresses and actually feeling the sentiment behind the over-the-top songs.
