Checking back in
As some of you already know, I've been back in Japan for a few days.

I came home to a glorious stack of mail -- a parcel for shirabyoshi, an envelope for fubusan... and three things for me. ;) Two reijou (Kai-chan and Monchi ♥ I hope Ten-chan is off vacationing somewhere, then, and not just slacking ;P) and Je Chante wear ♥ ♥ ♥

Or not-so-♥, since as a men's size "S" it's ridiculously huge. ^^;; It's not actually made of denim but the color of denim, which solves the mystery of what "dungaree" means to Japanese people. The left sleeve says "Je Chante" in light green thread, decorated with a few white rhinestones. Despite the cute decal it's mostly just an oversized shirt that most of us will look silly in. But we'll all look silly together, as is often the case with wear (just not usually ours <---)

As for things I missed, I guess with how infrequently I was even checking email I guess I can't have expected people to personally send me Trafalgar news. But we got Itsumine-san ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ It's been three years, and it will be the first time I see her live with my troupe :D

And then there's the poster -- Tegan had already told me about the Tomu!Napoleon business, so that wasn't what caught my eye first. I just looked at it and said "she stole Ume-chan's dress!" -- in reference to Sumika, wasn't that one Ume-chan wore in Fete Imperial? Maybe I'm just imagining things. Anyway, yes, Yuuhi and Micchan with really daft hair; Tomu with very short and young-looking hair.

I retain the right to be unsure about Shangri-la even though everyone's all excited and thinks it's brilliant, etc. I'm seeing it on Sunday... which is after Tomu-cha, I realized, so she might spoil plot things for me. >.>;;;

Je Chante starts tomorrow and I still don't have my standby time for iri. But I'm seeing it on Friday and considering it's nearly 11PM now that's less than 48 hours away gah excited.

Shouldn't type much more. I'll try to keep up with email at the very least... I know I have things to tie up with a couple of people, but in general if there could be less requests / favor-asking for the time being, it kind of causes more stress in my computerless state. Sorry, you guys, I actually like helping people out most of the time but sometimes it's good to have a break too.

I'll be checking LJ on and off depending on how desperate I get. ;)

Update -- 8:30AM standby. I basically expected it to be that early, but... phew. Bedtime now, sorry I didn't get to read anyone's journals. >.>;;;

I'll have you know that my first instinct was to mail your phone, but I figured that wouldn't help so much ;)

Have fun at iri tomorrow! (Not to mention the show on Friday ♥ ♥ ♥)

Oh, if they cast "Trafalger" correctly, it's going to be wonderful! Soragumi can do so much with that material! Imagine Itsumine-san and Ecchan doing the passionate dance numbers, Eri-chan and Ayumi-san and Micchan singing solos, and Susshi-san and Masako doing either comic relief OR scary dark anger!

And Alice being Alice, of course. She just has to stand there to improve the whole thing. :D

(And sales for Je Chante--I've been checking them with ridiculous frequency, which is embarrassing, but I can't help it--are definitely promising, with half the days sold out or almost there. Now if everyone on the first couple days are bowled over and decide to go back, that'll take care of the rest! I'm so hopeful!)
